MND offers skilled millwright support for underground mining operations with a strong track record in hoist and rope-related projects. Our team includes certified millwrights and registered apprentices, ready to mobilize for complex installations and removals.

Key Project Experience:

Dome Hoist Removal: Supplied millwrights and apprentices to assist in the removal of two hoists.

Alamos Gold: Supplied personnel for removal and reinstallation of 4 head ropes, 3 tail ropes, and 8 guide ropes. Also removed loading pocket steel infrastructure

Kirkland Lake Gold: Installed 6 staging winches and later performed full rope installations on winches and main double drum hoist.

ODP (Onaping Deep Project): Installed 6 staging winches and 2 hoists, followed by rope installation.

Compass Minerals: Completed rope installation on double drum hoist

Our millwrights specialize in:

·    Rope tensioning, socket pouring, and compensating sheave alignment

We provide on-demand manpower for shutdowns, rebuilds, and critical repairs.
